MPC Apparel Request

MPC has an account with Queensboro, which allows for our members to order embroidered apparel including shirts, hats, jackets, and more through their website.  Once we collect enough requests to place a $75 minimum order, we then do so. The items typically arrive 3 weeks after the order is placed.

Queensboro has daily sales, and we generally try to buy when items are 50% off.  When estimating the cost while picking out items, it is recommended that you budget for 50% of the regular price of the item plus another $3 to $5 for taxes and shipping.  Once the order has been placed, the actual amounts due to the church will be provided.

Order Form

Complete the form below, which will go to the person at the church who is taking and submitting the order to Queensboro.  You will not be asked to pay until the items have arrived, and it's worth noting that Queensboro is excellent in dealing with items that aren't to your satisfaction.
